Princess Dog Walker uses your information only to manage your account, confirm that you are in the service area, care for your dog, communicate with you, and provide requested services.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email, phone number, service area, service address, optional profile photo, dog details and optional dog photo, care notes, bookings, and messages you submit.
Who can see it
You can access your own account and dog information. Julia and authorized Princess Dog Walker staff can access information needed to review accounts and provide care. Customer profile and dog photos remain private.
Public photos
The team page contains photos deliberately published by Julia. Personal photos should be published publicly only with the appropriate permission.
Google sign-in and email
If you use Google sign-in, Google provides your verified email and basic profile name; Princess Dog Walker never receives your Google password. Operational emails are delivered using the configured email provider.
Storage and protection
Account information is stored in the site’s protected database. Passwords are hashed, access is role-restricted, connections use encryption, and uploaded images are checked for supported image formats and size limits. Please never enter door, alarm, or lockbox codes in booking notes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.
